All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
For B2B/bulk orders, payment terms may be negotiated — contact us directly.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationally across South Africa.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on location and courier availability.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Electrical components that have been installed or used cannot be returned for safety and liability reasons.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
We do not warrant that products are suitable for any specific application — buyers are responsible for confirming technical suitability before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property
